By using the Cedar Charts app or website ("the service"), provided by Cedar Dynamics LLC, you agree to these terms.
Not investment advice
Cedar Charts shows valuation metrics, financial statements and analyst consensus estimates for public companies. It is information, not advice. Nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong; always check figures against the company's own filings before acting on them. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.
Your account
Browsing needs no account. If you sign in, keep your credentials safe and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission.
Cedar Pro
Cedar Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store: $7.99 a month or $49.99 a year, with a seven-day free trial on the annual plan for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Prices may vary by country. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Brokerage connections
Cedar Pro lets you connect a brokerage account through Plaid so the service can show your holdings. You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to access. Holdings are shown as your brokerage reports them through Plaid and may be delayed or incomplete; nothing in the Portfolio tab is a recommendation. We never receive your brokerage credentials and we do not place trades or move money. You can disconnect at any time in the app or at my.plaid.com. Use of Plaid is also subject to the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, redistribute or resell data from the service, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that breaks the law.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and its data fresh, but we do not guarantee uptime or accuracy, and we may change or discontinue features.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedar Dynamics LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including trading losses. The service is provided "as is".
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
